(Remark) To become a member, you need to apply for membership before August 28th, 2025. It takes some time for this administration process, so please apply early. You do not have to be a member to present in the English special session.

English special session:

• The English Special Session will be held at the same time with the General Oral Presentations. As with other oral presentations, each presentation slot will be 40 minutes. However, there will be no discussants. The 40-minute slot includes both the presentation and the Q&A session.
• All presentations and Q&A in this session must be conducted in English.
• You may apply for the English Special Session even if none of the authors are members of ABEF.
• To be eligible to present, you must submit one of the following:
  1. an extended abstract (800–1000 words),
  2. an English preparatory article (see “3. Preparatory article” of [here] (in Japanese) for more details), or
  3. a full paper.
• The submission deadline is September 24. Notification of acceptance will be sent out before the end of October.
• In the case of a large number of applications, priority will be given to submissions that include a full paper.
