After receiving your application form, we will send you 'Requset for Automatic
Withdrawal Form', so please fill in and send it back to us.
For year 2012, the withdrawal day willl be either March 26th, April 26th
or May 28th.
If withdrawal can not be conducted on above dates or if you join us after
April 2012, please send the annual membership fee with transfer fee on
your own to the below bank account. |
